Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPHP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,497 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPHP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP126, FFAR2, and PCP4. Each is linked with NPHP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHP4-to-partner and partner-to-NPHP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPHP4 versus CEP126 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPHP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPHP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
