NPHP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPHP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPHP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, ATM, and PKC-delta_pS664. Each is linked with NPHP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHP4-to-partner and partner-to-NPHP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by NPHP4-low versus NPHP4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPHP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPHP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
