NPHP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPHP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,156 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPHP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRPN, TARM1, and OOSP4A. Each is linked with NPHP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPHP4-to-partner and partner-to-NPHP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPRPN grouped by NPHP4-low versus NPHP4-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPHP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPHP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
