Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,255 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRN2, NEIL1, and MYRIP. Each is linked with NPDC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPDC1-to-partner and partner-to-NPDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPDC1 versus PTPRN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
