NPDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCTP, HMGB3P12, and SLC25A5P9. Each is linked with NPDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPDC1-to-partner and partner-to-NPDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCTP grouped by NPDC1-low versus NPDC1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
