NPC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,240 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN, CD14, and DPYD. Each is linked with NPC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPC2-to-partner and partner-to-NPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPC2 versus MSN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
