Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,058 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, IGSF6, and CD300LF. Each is linked with NPC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPC2-to-partner and partner-to-NPC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPC2 versus OIP5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
