NPAS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,290 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSANTD3, OIP5, and PPP1R14BP4. Each is linked with NPAS4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS4-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSANTD3 grouped by NPAS4-low versus NPAS4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
