NPAS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPAS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12E, UTF1, and C14orf180. Each is linked with NPAS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS4-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12E grouped by NPAS4-low versus NPAS4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
