Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOVA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,677 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOVA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTBP1, KHSRP, and SKA3. Each is linked with NOVA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOVA1-to-partner and partner-to-NOVA1 results are reported.
