NOTCH2NLA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOTCH2NLA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,738 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH2NLA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of protein location in cell, Negative regulation of Rho protein signal transduction, and Positive regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with NOTCH2NLA in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH2NLA-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH2NLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Maintenance of protein location in cell grouped by NOTCH2NLA-low versus NOTCH2NLA-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH2NLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH2NLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
