NOTCH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,604 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1S, SDF2L1, and SPCS2. Each is linked with NOTCH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOTCH2 versus C1S in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
