NOTCH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,472 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, GAS1, and DCLK2. Each is linked with NOTCH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOTCH2 versus SRPX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
