Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOTCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATAD3A, SNRPA, and SEH1L. Each is linked with NOTCH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATAD3A grouped by NOTCH2-low versus NOTCH2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
