Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Notch1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with NOTCH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH2 results are reported.
