Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOTCH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,286 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Podocyte development. Each is linked with NOTCH2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH2 results are reported.
