NOTCH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOTCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,841 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF445, TRIM49C, and SERPINA12. Each is linked with NOTCH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH2-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF445 grouped by NOTCH2-low versus NOTCH2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
