NOP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,581 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT5, CHD8_S2008, and SSRP1. Each is linked with NOP9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP9-to-partner and partner-to-NOP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
