NOP16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,625 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR74, WDR36, and SMC2. Each is linked with NOP16 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP16-to-partner and partner-to-NOP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOP16 versus WDR74 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
