NOP16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCE1P1, RNU5F-6P, and RNU6-215P. Each is linked with NOP16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP16-to-partner and partner-to-NOP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLCE1P1 grouped by NOP16-low versus NOP16-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
