NOP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,711 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPINT1, PCCA, and PCCB. Each is linked with NOP10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP10-to-partner and partner-to-NOP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOP10 versus SPINT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
