Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,765 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYVE1, FCAR, and GAS5. Each is linked with NOP10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP10-to-partner and partner-to-NOP10 results are reported.
