NOL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,814 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM44, FUT10, and FAM162B. Each is linked with NOL4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL4-to-partner and partner-to-NOL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM44 grouped by NOL4-low versus NOL4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
