NOBOX

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOBOX protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOBOX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR76, ZFYVE9, and CYRIB. Each is linked with NOBOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOBOX-to-partner and partner-to-NOBOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOBOX versus WDR76 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOBOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOBOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
