NOBOX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOBOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOBOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATR, PCLO, and DYNC1H1. Each is linked with NOBOX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOBOX-to-partner and partner-to-NOBOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATR grouped by NOBOX-low versus NOBOX-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOBOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOBOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
