NOBOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOBOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOBOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLG, ASZ1, and GABRA6. Each is linked with NOBOX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOBOX-to-partner and partner-to-NOBOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLG grouped by NOBOX-low versus NOBOX-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOBOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOBOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
