NNT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NNT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,566 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NNT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, WDR70, and FBXO4. Each is linked with NNT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NNT-to-partner and partner-to-NNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NNT versus UBR7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
