Across TCGA patient cohorts, NNT-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,104 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NNT-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, WDR70, and GTF2I. Each is linked with NNT-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NNT-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-NNT-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NNT-AS1 versus SMC1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
