NNMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NNMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,446 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, LINC01794, and AATF. Each is linked with NNMT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NNMT-to-partner and partner-to-NNMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by NNMT-low versus NNMT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
