NMUR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMUR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMUR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA4, RCC1, and UFD1. Each is linked with NMUR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMUR2-to-partner and partner-to-NMUR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA4 grouped by NMUR2-low versus NMUR2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMUR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMUR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
