Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 256 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC19P1, CYCSP26, and RN7SL82P. Each is linked with NMD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMD3-to-partner and partner-to-NMD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC19P1 grouped by NMD3-low versus NMD3-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
