Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,809 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMC4, CENPF, and SGO1. Each is linked with NLRX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRX1-to-partner and partner-to-NLRX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRX1 versus SMC4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
