NLRP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,087 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLNC, ACTBL2, and KNG1. Each is linked with NLRP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP4-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRP4 versus FLNC in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
