Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NLRP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NLRP4 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher NLRP4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NLRP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and CHOL show a favorable association.

ACC, OV, and THCA are the cancer types where NLRP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
