Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, ATM, and CDK1. Each is linked with NLRP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP4-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by NLRP4-low versus NLRP4-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
