NLRP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,547 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB1, P2RY6, and CCR1. Each is linked with NLRP3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP3-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRP3 versus LILRB1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
