NLRP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,335 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC9, LYZL2, and RIPK2. Each is linked with NLRP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP3-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BC9 grouped by NLRP3-low versus NLRP3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
