NLRP13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, PCNA, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with NLRP13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP13-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk1 grouped by NLRP13-low versus NLRP13-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
