Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 379 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are FZD3, PLA2G2E, and ACTL8. Each is linked with NLRP13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP13-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FZD3 grouped by NLRP13-low versus NLRP13-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
