Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,342 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, SOD2, and PLEK. Each is linked with NLRC4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC4-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRC4 versus MEFV in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
