NLRC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, ACC1, and TFRC. Each is linked with NLRC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC4-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by NLRC4-low versus NLRC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
