NLRC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 273 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF3, TRIM42, and COX4I2. Each is linked with NLRC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC4-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF3 grouped by NLRC4-low versus NLRC4-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
