NLN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,732 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD2-2, RNU6-742P, and C4BPAP1. Each is linked with NLN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLN-to-partner and partner-to-NLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD2-2 grouped by NLN-low versus NLN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
