NLE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG3, SUPT6H, and BUB3. Each is linked with NLE1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLE1-to-partner and partner-to-NLE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLE1 versus LIG3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
