NKX6-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX6-1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. READ shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX6-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells, DC, and Astrocytes. Each is linked with NKX6-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX6-1-to-partner and partner-to-NKX6-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Th2 cells grouped by NKX6-1-low versus NKX6-1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKX6-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKX6-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
