NKX6-1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKX6-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,844 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX6-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of type B pancreatic cell development, Type B pancreatic cell proliferation, and Regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with NKX6-1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX6-1-to-partner and partner-to-NKX6-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of type B pancreatic cell development grouped by NKX6-1-low versus NKX6-1-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKX6-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKX6-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
