Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKX3-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,910 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NKX3-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein lipidation, Regulation of plasminogen activation, and Peptidyl-lysine oxidation. Each is linked with NKX3-1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX3-1-to-partner and partner-to-NKX3-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein lipidation grouped by NKX3-1-low versus NKX3-1-high in PANCREAS.
