Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX2-8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,074 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NKX2-8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of release of cytochrome c from mitochondria, 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate metabolic process, and Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence. Each is linked with NKX2-8 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-8-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of release of cytochrome c from mitochondria grouped by NKX2-8-low versus NKX2-8-high in TGCT.
