Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX2-8 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NKX2-8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Osteoblast and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with NKX2-8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-8-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Osteoblast grouped by NKX2-8-low versus NKX2-8-high in STAD.
