NKX2-4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX2-4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX2-4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGED4, RNU6-546P, and RNU6-747P. Each is linked with NKX2-4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-4-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGED4 grouped by NKX2-4-low versus NKX2-4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKX2-4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKX2-4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
